Anyone with basic image editing can produce a convincing certificate. A reference number is a different matter — it is either in our records or it is not, and this page simply reports what we hold.
A positive result establishes three separate things: the qualification was genuinely awarded, it belongs to the named individual, and it remains in force rather than having lapsed or been withdrawn. The exam mark is intentionally left out, since what you need to know is whether they are qualified and current.
