The combination of failing indicators sets the color rating. A single minor issue typically shows yellow; multiple or critical issues trigger red.

Are health scores updated in real time?

Yes. Health scores are recalculated against live data in each client's company. The moment a bank reconciliation finishes, a batch of transactions gets categorized, or an overdue invoice is paid, the relevant metric updates and the score and color reflect the change without any manual refresh.

Will my clients see their health score?

No. Health scores and issue tags are only visible to you in the Accountant Tools section of Kantivo. Your clients log in to their own company and continue to see their accounting data exactly as before. The health monitoring layer is an internal tool for your practice — not something visible to the business owner.

Can I jump straight from an issue tag into the client's books?

Yes. Each issue tag in the drill-down panel links to the corresponding area of that client's records. Clicking an "Overdue Invoices" tag opens that client's invoice list filtered to overdue items. Clicking "Uncategorized Transactions" opens the register pre-filtered to items awaiting categorization. You go straight to the problem with no manual navigation.
